The NNEA is extremely disappointed to learn that Gov. Spanberger has said that she plans to VETO the historic public sector collective bargaining bill for Virginia teachers & staff, firefighters, city workers, and other public employees.
During campaign season, Spanberger promised public sector unions that she “supports” collective bargaining / contract negotiations for Virginia public servants. Please contact the Governor and ask her to reconsider her plan to stab Virginia workers in the back.
