NNEA Supports Collective Bargaining

AUTHORIZATION CARDS

NNPS Employees, Sign the NNEA Authorization Card in Support of Stronger Contracts!

The NNEA is working to win Contract Negotiations / Collective Bargaining for NNPS employees, in order to bargain for stronger contracts with better working conditions, pay, and benefits. We just need a majority of employees to sign their authorization cards in support of the NNEA as bargaining agent.

To sign your authorization card, contact the NNEA building rep at your school. Or, text Mary Vause at 757-947-5814, or email mary.vause@nn.k12.va.us before or after contract hours.

Please note that you do NOT have to be an NNEA member to sign the authorization card, although we encourage you to consider becoming a member. Membership includes many important benefits and protections at work, including being able to vote on the NNEA’s collectively bargained contracts.
