The NNEA recently held an election to determine which 4 NNEA members will join NNEA President Dr. James Graves at the NEA Convention July 3-7 in Denver, CO. 

Congratulations to NNEA Vice President Cherone Small who received the most votes and will attend the Convention. Second place was a three-way tie among Kimberly Cooper, Kim Anderson-Hasty, and Christa Vail. Many thanks to all candidates who applied to attend the NEA Convention, and many thanks to all members who voted in the election. 

NNEA is now holding a runoff election amongst these three candidates to determine which two will attend the NEA Convention. Please note that the 3rd place vote-getter in this runoff election will serve as an Alternate Delegate to the NEA Convention, in the event that a Delegate becomes unable to attend.
