Come and join fellow NNEA members and colleagues at the State Capitol in Richmond to lobby lawmakers on VEA’s legislative agenda on Monday, February 16th. Also join VEA for an in-person briefing and legislative reception on Sunday, February 15th.

Sunday, February 15th, 5:00 p.m.: Lobby Day Briefing at Omni Richmond Downtown.

Sunday, February 15th, 6:30 p.m.: VEA Legislative Reception, Location TBD

Monday, February 16th, 7:30 a.m.: Lobby Day, State Capitol, 1000 Bank Street, Richmond, VA – House Room 3

UPDATE: The Hampton Education Association has announced another possible transportation option for VEA Lobby Day on Monday, Feb. 16. The cost to ride would be $21 per member if there is enough interest to charter a bus, and they plan to carpool if there are not enough interested members for a bus.
