The NNEA will hold a townhall meeting for members on Zoom on Monday, Feb. 9, at 6 pm. Members, please check your email for the link.

Join us to give NNEA leadership feedback on how things are going at your work sites as well as any concerns or suggestions that you have.

After the townhall portion of the meeting, NNEA building representatives and executive board members will stay on the Zoom call to briefly discuss and vote on any union business.

• Tuesday, Feb. 10, 7 pm – #Red4Ed at the NN City Council meeting at City Council Chambers behind City Hall (2400 Washington Avenue, 23609) – The CIP Budget is expected to be presented at this Council meeting, including the CIP Schools budget for construction / renovation / repair of school buildings. The average school building in Newport News is 57 years old!
